One truck rollover.
Saturday 6-10-00 about 6:30 PM
The accident leaves Jon paralyzed
from the waist down.
He started physical therapy 6-19
His daughter, Jessica, reports that her
dad is in good spirits.
Jon married Sue Skrove from Alex.
They have one daughter, Jessica.
Jessica graduated with the Class of
2000 from Jefferson/Alex Sunday, the
day after Jon's accident.

of '67 ... but it'd be great if we could
keep him in cards and grins & giggles
during this ' MAJOR detour in my life

Just learned of the death of classmate,
Bonnie MacCoy.
Her husband writes:
This is to inform you that Bonnie
MacCoy Swarthout went to be with
her Lord Jesus Christ on Jan. 2, 2000
after a long battle with multiple
myeloma cancer.
My wife fought the disease bravely
and passed from this world after falling
into a coma on New Year's eve. She
was a godly woman and I miss her
greatly

10-6-00. Recv'd the following e-mail from Cheryl Gesell [Frantsel] I asked her
permission to share it with y'all. This was her response:
Yes. Perhaps others have been through it - or have been care givers ... I welcome any
suggestions and advice or a sharing of humor - which I have learned "I" would be dead
without. Cheryl's orignial e-mail is as follows: My husband, Matt, had a heart attack
June 15th - followed by a stroke and craniotomy. We were told to call the family home
(he wasn't suppose to make it) two different nights within ten days. He is doing fine
now. They call him the miracle man. I'd like to think it was because of my above
average nursing. Smile !!! Boy do I have myself duped?!? He has another heart surgery
in November.
